Booking

To schedule and secure a Stylist/Artist for your wedding date, a non-refundable, non-transferable $100 Date Retention Fee and a $200 Bridal Service Deposit are due along with a signed bridal contract. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior the day of the event. This fee covers your initial client evaluation as we assess your needs to ensure the perfect glam team is chosen for you. Stylist/artist booking, scheduling and communication. Planning, organizing and perfecting the day of, service timelines. Making updates or modifications to desired services or timelines as requested or needed. 30 round trip miles of travel to your location.

Consultation and Trial

Consultation and Trial:  Consultations and Trials are optional and are available to the bride or any member of their bridal party that is scheduled for or considering services on the wedding day. 

  1. Location: Our Stylists/Artists service clients within their homes, salons, stores, or personal studios. You will travel to the Artist for the trial. In instances when you have a separate hair Stylist and makeup Artist, you may have to travel to two different locations. A Stylist/Artist may travel to you, upon request for an additional travel fee. Please keep in mind, your artist may not be local to your area, so you may need to travel up to 1-1 1/2 hours. 

  2. Scheduling: Please keep in mind, we reserve our bridal season (June-October) and many weekends during the slow season primarily for weddings, so scheduling your trial Friday-Sunday may be challenging. Trials are typically held Monday-Thursday. All trials must we held between the months of November-May. Some exceptions may be made for out of state brides or bookings scheduled close to the wedding date.

  3. Rates/Cancellations: A $15 deposit will be requested upon booking each trial.  A weekend premium rate of $25 will be added per service for trials conducted on Friday-Sunday. Trials are a separate fee due when trial services are rendered. The base rate for Bridal Trials is determined by the Bridal Tier selected. Payment for all trials and any add-ons is to be made directly to the artist at the time of the trial. Gratuity is NOT included in your trial rate. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled. A 24-hour notice is required if you need to reschedule your trial.  Your deposit will be forfeit for any cancellation/no-show if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24-hour prior notice. 

  4. Stylist/Artists: The assigned Stylist/Artist will conduct your trial for the event, unless otherwise specified. In the event of a change in the assigned Stylist/Artist, (Such as due to emergency/illness or if you feel your assigned Stylist/Artist does not meet your needs, and you request a reassignment) any payments made for previous trials are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Early/Delayed Start Fees

Any booking requiring a start time prior to 8am will be charged a $100 Early Start Fee, per Artist/Stylist. Delayed Start Fees will be incurred if a client arrives more than 5 minutes late. A Delayed Start Fee will not apply for the initial 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, however, $10 will be charged for every additional 5 minutes of delay when the client is late for the scheduled start time, after the first 5 minutes. This fee also applies if scheduled services exceed allotted time because of client delays. Clients should be readily available to be in the service chair at all times. Any late fees assessed may be requested on the day of the event or a post wedding invoice may be sent. This fee may also be automatically charged to the credit card on file after the event.

Travel/Parking Fees

Travel Fees apply for each Artist/Stylist booked. Additional travel beyond 30 miles (round trip) from the closest division, will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per mile. In the event there are parking, valet or toll fees paid by an Artist/Stylist, this amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event and be charged to the credit card on file.  If valet parking is an option for downtown venues, artists will automatically choose this option.

Additional Stylist/Artist Fee

There is a 6 adult service minimum per Stylist/Artist, for all Friday-Sunday weddings through the months of April-October, as well as Holiday bookings year-round. Service time per artist Varies depending on the tier of artist booked.  Additional Stylist/Artist Fee will be $100 charged per Stylist/Artist that services less than 6 clients. Bookings requiring more than 2 stylists are automatically charged an additional artist free of $100 per additional artist.

Contract Cancellations/Modifications

After the contract signing and initial payment are made, the Client may not reduce the number of services booked. Wedding Date Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to the client’s reserved date, or the client will be responsible for paying the full number of services agreed upon in their contract. If the Client cancels the contract prior to the 90 days, the Date Retention Fee and any additional monies paid towards the final balance are non-refundable and a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will be charged. If Stylist/Artist needs to cancel the contract at any time, for any reason, the Date Retention Fee and any additional monies paid will be refunded. Any additional Hair or Makeup needs not contracted will only be performed at the discretion/availability of the Stylist/Artist and are a separate fee due when the services are rendered.

Payments

The client will be responsible for prepaying the full final balance, which is due fourteen (14) days before the event as one payment - no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire balance is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: Major Debit or Credit cards. A $15 service fee applies per booking. A 20% Gratuity will be added to all proposals and invoices.
